    What services do you offer?
    We offer professional airport limo and taxi services to and from Pearson International Airport. Additional services include corporate travel, event transportation, hourly rentals, and long-distance trips.
    Which areas do you serve?
    We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond — including Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, Milton, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener, Niagara Falls, Waterloo, London, and surrounding cities.
    Are you available 24/7?
    Yes. We operate 24/7 — including weekends and holidays — for bookings, customer support, and transportation services.
    How can I book a ride?
    You can book online through our website, by calling us directly, or by emailing our customer service team. Booking for someone else? No problem just provide their details and we’ll take care of the rest.
    How far in advance do I need to book?

    • Online booking: Minimum 2 hours in advance

    • Phone booking: Minimum 1 hour in advance

    For early morning flights or during peak hours, we recommend booking earlier for guaranteed availability.
    When will I receive my booking confirmation?
    You’ll receive an instant email confirmation once your booking is complete. If you don’t see it, check your spam or contact our team.
    How do I meet my driver at the airport?

    • You’ll receive your driver’s name and contact info before your pickup.

    • At Pearson Airport, go to the designated Pre-Arranged Limousine desk (Terminal 1 or 3).

    • For Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign.
    Do you provide child safety seats?

    Yes, child safety seats are available upon request for an additional charge. Please see the available options below:

    • Rear-Facing Toddler Seat – $10.00
    • Forward-Facing Toddler Seat – $10.00
    • Booster Seat – $5.00
    What if my flight is delayed?
    No worries. We track all incoming flights in real-time. Just provide your flight number, and we’ll automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.
    Why do you need my flight number?
    So we can:

    • Monitor real-time delays or early arrivals
    • Ensure your driver is at the correct terminal
    • Adjust pickup timing without you needing to call us
    What types of vehicles do you offer?
    Our fleet includes:

    We assign vehicles based on availability but always match or upgrade your selected class.
    How much luggage can I bring?
    It depends on the vehicle:

    • Sedan: 2–3 passengers + 2 suitcases
    • SUV: Up to 6 passengers + 5 suitcases
    • Van: 10–14 passengers with generous luggage space
    If you’re unsure, just ask — we’ll recommend the right vehicle for your group and bags.
    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept:

    Payment can be made in advance or at the end of the trip.
    Do you offer car seats for children?
    Yes. Available on request:

    • Rear-facing infant seats – $15
    • Forward-facing toddler seats – $15
    • Booster seats – $10

    Can I bring my pet?
    Yes, but pets must be in a secured carrier. Please mention your pet when booking so we can assign a pet-friendly vehicle.
    Can I make multiple stops?
    Yes — extra stops are available for an additional fee. Please include all stops in your booking request or inform your driver at the beginning of the trip.
    What if I forget something in the vehicle?
    Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check the vehicle and do our best to return your item. However, we’re not liable for lost belongings.
    Are there any hidden fees?
    No. Our pricing is transparent. You’ll see any additional fees (car seats, toll roads, Meet & Greet, etc.) before confirming your booking.
    Do you charge extra for the 407 ETR toll route?
    Yes — if you request to take the 407 ETR toll highway, the toll fee will be added to your total fare.
    What is your cancellation policy?

    • 24+ hours: No charge
    • 12-24 hours: 25% fee
    • Under 12 hours: 50% fee
    • Under 6 hours or no-show: 100% fee
    Deposits for events or peak times may be non-refundable.
    Do you provide Meet & Greet service?
    Yes. For $50, our chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. Includes 75 minutes of wait time after landing.
    How long will the driver wait at the airport?
    We include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. After that, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
    What if I need to change or extend my trip?
    Contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate schedule changes or route extensions. Additional charges may apply.
    Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
    No. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
    Are your vehicles sanitized?
    Yes. We clean and disinfect all vehicles between trips. Hand sanitizer is available onboard, and chauffeurs follow all health & hygiene protocols.
