Our office will monitor your incoming flight, and a driver will be waiting for you at Toronto Pearson Airport. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to Door A. Beside Door A, there is a pre-arranged limousine counter. Kindly inform the officer at the counter that you have a car reserved, and your vehicle will arrive within 2–4 minutes.

If there is no officer on duty, or in case of any other concern, please call us at 437-800-1547 or toll-free at 888-900-3001, and we will immediately dispatch your vehicle to the curb to meet you. Thank you!

Terminal 3 – Pre-Arranged Pickup Procedure

What if I’m at the airport and I can't find my limo?

We have designated pre-arranged limo pickup posts beside Door A. Once you have cleared customs (if applicable), collected your luggage (if applicable), and are ready to go, please check in at the Pre-Arranged Limousine Services Counter located at Door A.

If you experience any difficulty checking in at the counter, please call us immediately at 437-800-1547 or toll-free at 888-900-3001, and we will dispatch your driver to meet you at the curb within 2–4 minutes.

What if my flight Is late? How would I inform the company?

For all pre-arranged limo services, we require your flight number so we can accurately track your arrival. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, there’s no need to worry — our dispatch team and your assigned driver will monitor your flight and adjust accordingly.

If your flight details change, please inform us as soon as possible so we can begin tracking the updated flight. You can notify us by replying to your booking confirmation email or by calling us at 437-800-1547 or toll-free at 888-900-3001.

Do you take the 407 ETR Toll Route?

Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with 407 ETR Toll Route transponders. Please note that additional charges apply if you choose to take the toll road. Toll fees are calculated using the official 407 Toll Route Calculator.

If you wish to use the 407 during your trip, you may:

  • Instruct your driver at the start of the trip
  • Request it during your online booking (via the comments section)

Can I take my pet with me?

Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are securely placed in an appropriate holder or crate during the ride.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

  • 0% Cancellation Fee – if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 25% Cancellation Fee – if cancellation is requested between 2 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee – if cancellation is requested between 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee – for no-shows at the time of scheduled pickup.

Additional Terms:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • A no-show fee equal to the full trip cost plus 15% gratuity (minimum $65) will be charged if the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels after our vehicle has been dispatched.
  • If you are unable to locate your assigned vehicle, please call us immediately at 437-800-1547 or toll-free at 888-900-3001 to avoid a no-show charge.

What if I forget something in the car?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in our limousines. Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times.

Our chauffeurs are trained to inspect the vehicle after each drop-off to ensure nothing has been left behind. If you believe you’ve misplaced an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the vehicle in good faith and report any findings back to you as soon as possible.
