• Flat-Rate Packages: Quoted based on hours and locations
• HST: 13% tax added to all bookings
• Gratuity: 15% mandatory
• Deposit: Required to secure booking (non-refundable)
• Extra Time: Charged hourly, based on availability
• Cleanup Fee: $300 for excessive mess (food, drinks, glitter/confetti)
• Alcohol Policy: Champagne included; other alcohol only by prior approval
• Cancellation: Minimum 7 days’ notice for refund eligibility
