• Minimum Booking: 4 hours on weekends (flexible weekdays)
• Flat-Rate Packages: Based on hours, locations, and stops
• HST: 13% tax applies to all bookings
• Gratuity: 15% mandatory
• Deposit: Required to confirm date (non-refundable)
• Extra Time: Available at hourly rate
• Cleanup Fee: $300 for excessive mess (confetti, glitter, food, etc.)
• Alcohol Policy: Champagne included; other alcohol only by prior approval
• Cancellation Policy: Minimum 7 days’ notice for partial refund
