• Minimum Booking: 3 hours weekday, 4 hours weekend
• HST: 13% added to all bookings
• Gratuity: 15% required for corporate/tour clients
• Deposit: Required to confirm reservation (non-refundable)
• Cancellation: 48 hours notice for refund eligibility
